Kulfi, a beloved traditional Indian frozen dessert, offers a creamy texture and rich flavors. Here's a recipe for a no-cook, instant version of Kulfi.
Ingredients
To make the perfect kulfi, gather these ingredients:
1 cup of heavy cream
6 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
1/2 can (400 grams) sweetened condensed milk
1 pinch saffron
A handful of pistachios/cashews
A few strands of saffron (optional)
Rosewater/ rose extract (optional)
Step-by-steps
Whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Add condensed milk (optional sugar and flavor extracts) to the heavy cream, mix until thick.
Ground saffron and pistachios/cashews into fine powders. Mix into the cream/milk mixture.
Pour into molds.
Decorate with nuts and saffron.
Freeze the kulfi before serving!
