This quick egg custard recipe is designed to wow your next dinner guests.
Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (save a few teaspoon to sprinkle on top)
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract/rose extract (optional)
1 teaspoon ground nutmet (optional)
Step-by-steps
Whisk all ingredients together, pour into oven-safe custard cups
Place cups in a baking pan, fill the pan with water until the water reaches 3/4 of the height of the cups.
Bake in 350 Farenheight for 25 minutes (or until the custard is set)
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake in 350 Farenheight for 5 minutes (or until the sugar is golden brown)
Cool before serving!
